You have 6-8 years’ experience in consumer marketing with a fashion brand
You foster collaboration within cross-functional teams (Branding, Ecommerce, Customer Management, Creative) to champion initiatives that can drive brand awareness, customer retention and revenue growth
You are a creative thinker AND analytically minded, with proven experience evaluating concepts at every step to ensure practical execution and result of touching the hearts and minds of consumers globally
You glean actionable insights from consumer data and focus group to unearth consumer motivations and use that to advise Creatives to create compelling stories that engage consumers
You are a resourceful and creative thinker, skilled prioritizer in a high paced, low resourced start-up environment, You are entrepreneurial in spirit
You have a proven track record of delivering against KPIs AND creating, executing branding, marketing projects
You are subject expert on social media landscape and yet perpetually curious to learn in high velocity changing digital world
You are a versatile communicator and exceptional presenter
You bring a positive attitude to any challenge
