Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Chief Commercial Officer, CEO, & Regional Heads to define and develop Strategy

  • Establish and implement a comprehensive plan in line with the overall company strategy

  • Communicate overall strategy to global teams and collaborate with various stakeholders on strategy and projects execution.

  • Support Regional WS Directors on negotiations with key partners and act as escalation point as required in collaboration with Regional Presidents. The Regional WS Directors will be accountable for the day to day Key Account Management, and partner relationships within their regions.

  • Collaborate with global merchandising on assortment and develop category strategies in line with the company vison and direction

  • Collaborate with Merchandising and Supply Chain on demand and ensure orders execution on time and in full.  Discuss any quality issues feedback and collaborate to ensure resolution.

  • Agree on seasonal budgets and monitor performance per category and across channel. Responsible for performance and profitability.

  • Responsible for the showroom team and budgeting process around the showroom

  • Review and approve orders per campaign at global level and collaborate with regional teams on achieving expected targets.Collaborate with Finance on sales targets, performance, risks & opportunities, and key commercial agreements.

  • Work with Marketing & Communications to facilitate relevant support as required and monitor return on investment

Requirements

  • You have extensive experience of Wholesale and within roles at a senior level within the luxury industry

  • Your commercial knowledge is exceptional, and you can clearly demonstrate how to drive results and achieve profitability goals

  • You have broad and intricate knowledge of Wholesale distribution networks in key markets across the globe

  • Comfortable leading change and projects. Excellent influencing and negotiation skills

  • Confident and successful decision maker

  • Resilient, solution focused and able to deliver results within a rapidly changing environment
